MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the
following options, but NOT both:
· OPTION 1: ENTER any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent
USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each
tournament); OR
· OPTION 2: ENTER TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National
Level 3 tournament
Players
may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for
three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be
selected into a maximum of two events.

Concurrent Entry Into Spring Championships (Easter Bowl) and March Level 3
The entry deadline for the 18s division of the Easter Bowl is Tuesday, February 27th. The entry deadline for the 12s, 14s and 16s divisions National Spring Championships (Easter Bowl) is March 1st. Players may enter both the Easter Bowl and the March Level 3, but they may play in only one tournament. Easter Bowl players may NOT participate in the March L3 on the weekend of March 24-25.
- Players who registered for both and are selected for both the Easter Bowl and a March Level 3 must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by Tuesday, March 12th. - Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after March 12th, or who apply for and receive wild cards into the Easter Bowl and then subsequently withdraw from the March Level 3 will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament. - Players may NOT participate in both the March Level 3 and the Easter Bowl under any circumstances

Pre-Tournament Camp
Academia
Sanchez-Casal will be offering pre-tournament camps at special rates for all
registered players on March 20, 21 & 22, 2019. Players can choose to
register in a daily basis including half-day options.

Draw & Match Scoring Formats
Singles Main Draw: Best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set. Feed-in consolation draw (through the Round of 16). Quarterfinal losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to play for the 5th and 6th place. Semi-final losers will play for a 3rd and 4th place. Singles Consolation and 3/4 Playoff: Best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set with NO-AD scoring. Doubles: Single elimination. 8 game Pro-set with 7 point tie-break at 8 games all with NO-AD scoring. Draw Sizes: 32 singles and 16 singles. CONSOLATION IS MANDATORY ANS WILL BE PLAYED TO COMPLETION

Doubles Deadline & Information
Doubles deadline is Thursday, March 14 @ 5pm. Both players must agree to play with each other. Email the team and division to protournaments@sanchez-casal.com before the entry deadline.
If we don't hear from you before the deadline date, we will not place you in the doubles draw. No telephone entries will be accepted. If you do not have a partner and would like to be paired with another player, please email protournaments@sanchez-casal.com. We will do our best to pair you with another player with similar singles and/or doubles ranking. Doubles may take place BEFORE singles matches in DAY 1 and DAY 2.

Registration / Check-in Procedures
All players must check-in at the tournament desk 30 minutes before the start of their first match and are required to fill out the Sanchez-Casal Contact Information as well as the USTA Release & Waiver forms before playing at the tournament. These forms will be submitted in advance by email to the players in order to have them signed by the appropriate player and/or guardian. Please do not submit the forms prior to check in.

Tournament Schedule & Rest Periods
SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND TO WEATHER CONDITIONS Day 1: 1 Doubles, 2 Main Draw Singles, 1 Consolation Singles Day 2: 2 Doubles, 2 Main Draw Singles, 2 Consolation Singles, QF Play-offs Day 3: Singles & Doubles Main Draw Finals, QF Play-offs
Maximum matches per day: 4 (2 singles & 2 doubles) Rest periods between matches: singles to singles minimum of 1 hour rest. All others, 30 minutes rest.
Doubles may take place BEFORE singles matches in DAY 1 and DAY 2.

Tournament Ball
4 new Regular Duty Wilson balls will be provided for each match. There will be no ball change.

ALTERNATES
Players must check-in, sign-in on the alternate list and be prepared to play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match of the event in which they are an alternate. The order of the original alternates list will be used.

high season during the tournament and players are encouraged to make hotel

Practice Courts
Before Saturday, March 23, 2019: courts will be available from 11am to 5pm at the rate of 5$ per court per player per hour. Please make your bookings by email frontdesk@sanchez-casal.com or call (239) 263-1818 Beginning Saturday, March 23, 2019: some practice courts will be available on a first come first serve basis. Do not jump into the courts before checking with the tournament desk

Club Regulations
Players
and their guests are welcome to stay in the clubhouse and use the services of
the restaurant and the main bar. Food or drinks from outside are not allowed in
the clubhouse, restaurant and main bar.
The
fitness center and locker rooms can be used by players only.
Daily
single passes will be available for players guests for $15 at the front desk
with full access to the club including olympic-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi,
steam room, sauna and fitness center.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, February 28, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
